With only a few hours notice from The County of San Francisco, with parts of the City in flames and the skyline illuminated only by the piercing beams of police helicopter search-lights, Scott had to organize a forced entry into the KQED TV studios, have all of the phone banks reactivated via midnight phone wiring crews, get an army of certified therapists and crisis counselors on site and create a complete crisis response center for a City of over 800,000 people devastated by the Loma Prieta Earthquake.

MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
